Personal Assistant to Director

Responsibilities:
  • To arrange Director’s daily schedule/meeting and ensure it is not overlap. Update the schedule in Google calendar and remind director daily/weekly.
  • To gather the documents from other departments and get the signature from director.
  • To assist director to submit the monthly claims to accounts.
  • To take minutes in all directors meeting.
  • To compile production daily report to Director.
  • To attend technical team briefing session daily and project meeting weekly.
  • Assist director to overlook, monitor and ensure all department achieve their target.
  • Assist to coordinate with marketing company for re-designation of company website and profile.       
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Min. 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and analytically drive
  • Able to multi-tasked and cope with pressure
