Responsibilities:
• To be overall in charge of all contractual matters in the company.
• To prepare tender bids for submission on time.
• To take charge of contract review to assure proper tenders are prepared and submitted.
• Prepare cost report for claims projection and forecast of work completion.
• Monitor and review project progress claims, variation work and final account.
• To negotiate with clients for finalization of contracts.
• To advise the Managements on contractual matters.
• To liaise with clients on contractual matters.
• To provide guidance and advice to production team on all contractual related matters.
• To assess and recommend engagement of subcontractor / supplier as approved vendor.
• Assist in implementing the Quality Management system.
• To represent the company in meeting convened by client, if required.
• To inform Project Manager/Senior Manager on the successful sub-contractor & the value of sub-contractor (If necessary)
• To prepare of proper budget book to every individual project.
• To ensure and monitoring all the sub-contractor / supplier pricing to meet project budget.
• To maintain & enhance good & Propel relationship with Client/Client Representative and consultants to archive client satisfaction
through continue improvement.
• To ensure and monitor for all project final account.
• To ensure proper implementation of ISO related records.
• To carry out any other duties may be assigned by management from time to time.
